reports to the Director of Business Operations of North America, and I fully managed projects on my own with very little guidance. Self-motivator team player working closely with directors of sales teams, providing them: Implemented internal and customer-facing applications and business solutions to help sales, product development, and marketing directors gain complete visibility into the sales cycle and increase sales revenue Provided data-driven strategic insights in SQL and Excel, which increased understanding of sales challenges, resulting in higher sales revenue and team productivity Designed and documented detailed application requirements Provided training for sales teams on newly built applications Built webpages in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for sales campaigns to drive awareness to sales teams resulting in better coordination amongst customer facing teams
