Daily Duties at Crompton Corporation:

 Implemented a global S&OP process to improve customer service levels while improving inventory turnover that is still being successfully utilized by the CPD business today.  Reported to the Director of Finance and Business Operations for Crop Protection Division (CPD) and managed a staff of ten associates responsible for the division’s demand management, customer service, supply planning and procurement activities globally.  Responsible for reducing the cost of active ingredients by 3 to 5% on a year over year basis.
