Daily Duties at Crompton Corporation:
Implemented a global S&OP process to improve customer service levels while improving inventory turnover that is still being successfully utilized by the CPD business today. Reported to the Director of Finance and Business Operations for Crop Protection Division (CPD) and managed a staff of ten associates responsible for the division’s demand management, customer service, supply planning and procurement activities globally. Responsible for reducing the cost of active ingredients by 3 to 5% on a year over year basis.
