Daily Duties at Keeps America:
• Led a global team to achieve production goals for the operations group, as well as the maintenance of service level agreements relating to the KPI of the production metrics and its associated costs • Worked with Product, Sales teams and Call Centers to ensure lessons learned from relationship management, and implementation teams were applied to process/product improvements • Supervised teams of managers and external consultants to develop and execute sourcing plans and strategies for a variety of expense saving opportunities and project completions • Prepared monthly and quarterly financial statements and KPI for JV partners
