Daily Duties at Aig:
• Manage the PwC engagement for the SIFI - Intercompany Recovery and Resolution Engagement/Plan and assist with AIG’s Living Will efforts for 22 material legal entities • Analyze and recommend data elements to be captured for AIG’s compliance with the Federal Regulators • Review entity balance sheets, guarantees, and commitments to identify Intercompany and external vendor dependencies. Areas covered include securities lending indemnifications, operating leases, pension assets and liabilities, financial obligations of unconsolidated subsidiaries, and letters of credit • Assist in developing Intercompany policies, standards and its RACI operating model • Provide bi-monthly status to Senior Management through Executive Dashboards and project plan updates • Partner with business units and corporate functions to resolve high risk vendor remediation efforts
