HR Director: Set-up new HR Department for 130 employees expanding to 400 including structure of team, software, training programs, employee policies/handbook, orientation program. Daily interaction with different loan departments regarding new matters, employee relations. Weekly staff meetings about rapid expansion due to market conditions and mortgage industry; Interview and choose 2 trainers for various offered loan programs;
