Daily Duties at Columbia Staffing:
Managed day-to-day operations in a staffing agency to include: processing payroll, screening, interviewing and hiring employees for specific accounts. Successfully managed over 20 accounts in neighboring areas to include production, clerical, and nursing industries. Resolved employee complaints, questions, and concerns according to staffing policies and procedures. Maintained and nurtured all client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Conducted marketing calls with local business prospects to create additional accounts. Performed weekly labor reporting to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
