Daily Duties at Relay Health:

• Directed Production Support, Product Development, Infrastructure and Client Services teams in requirements through release phase of enterprise HIE products and Meaningful Use Stage 2, ensuring all processes and documentation were complete and on track for on-time project completion and delivery, as well as meeting the Meaningful Use Stage 2 certification milestone. • Oversaw weekly deployments and releases to pre-production and production/client-facing environments. Led continuous improvements to Product Development Life Cycle and Deployment processes.
