Daily Duties at Beacon Street Studios:
• Manage numerous production schedules based on client brief, timelines and budget parameters • Act as primary contact with clients, scheduled creative meetings with client and internal teams to define project parameters and responsible for relaying any creative updates to the internal teams • Oversee and track all creative assets and deliverables, ensuring timelines, budget and exceptional quality are met • Create and oversee production budgets, negotiations, estimates and purchase orders • Interview and manage client services staff, assistants and interns to execute responsibilities effectively • Managed the re-development of company website, branding design, messaging and navigation improvements • Coordinate all creative communication between studio and client, relaying creative direction to different creative teams
