• Ensure store reaches 100% of its overall sales goals increasing year-over-year • Manage and hit daily and monthly operational goals including inventory fulfillment and loss prevention using Lean Management and Kaizen techniques • Promote and sell Verizon Wireless and Dish Network using Eroes systems • Train incoming employees on all operations processes,core values, sales techniques, and new technologies • Opened and trained two Hhgregg locations in Melbourne, FL and Newport News, VA • Business to Business direct sales • Worked with Agemni and Axiom systems for Dish Network installations
