Daily Duties at Moorehead Communications:

• Directly manage candidate flow for 60 Retail locations and conduct first round phone interviews with candidates. • Comfortable with Hire Well Now and Taleo Applicant Tracking Systems. Currently training on Salesforce • Work closely with Careerbuilder, Indeed, Simply Hired, Tweet My Jobs, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, etc. to adequately staff our Verizon Wireless retail locations with the most qualified applicants • Utilize Profiles International assessment site to screen applicants and review results for potential employees •Participate in the development of the Recruitment department with Internship programs, Employee Referral programs, and employee development • Pre-Screen and interview candidates for open positions as well as ensure their on-boarding and training programs are beneficial to them excelling on the job • Make weekly store visits and coaching/training sessions on a variety of HR policies and procedures
