Daily Duties at Crown Health Care:
• Conduct client presentation & negotiate pricing • Optimize corporate growth of 20% implementing strong organizational infrastructure and professional business practices. Recruit talented operational, financial, management and executive teams. • Create, build and established new division including designing and implementing all policies, procedures, systems, strategic plans and organizational development initiatives • Conducts aggressive recruitment campaigns, including building a new division • Full responsibility of company employee health and safety program including policy and process development ensuring compliance with regulations, employee and management training, accident investigation and worker’s compensation management • Introduced safety accident investigation program , conducted job safety analysis, created and implemented transitional work program including on-site therapy
