Daily Duties at New Gate Capital Partners:
ocused on all areas of deal execution covering a broad range of industries and transaction types, including acquisitions, mergers, capital raises, and general corporate advisory. Responsible for supporting five partners on all investment activities. Lead internal diligence efforts including cash flow and return forecasts as well as company/industry research. Performed transaction, company and buyer screenings to find potential targets for mergers and acquisitions in several industries including Technology, BioTech, Energy and Pharmaceutical. Projects worked on include: Tender Watch, Twitch Technologies, SuperCooler Technology & HeadsupFantasy. Critiqued and consulted with start-up companies to assist them to go to market. Coached entrepreneurs with business development and strategy formulation.
