Daily Duties at Dish Network L.L.C.:
Providing a climate of a strong HR Business Partner with all managers and supervisors. Codirects the recruitment process and actively source candidates. Ensure company compliance with State and Federal guidelines such as EEO, OSHA, FMLA, and Wage & Hour. Coordinate employee relations to include: employee recognition, performance evaluations, employee orientation, and grievance policy and procedure. Respond to employee and supervisor needs to address concerns and interpersonal conflicts. Responsible for departmental reporting, monthly and quarterly HR metrics and data submission to management and corporate office. Provide managers with feedback, problem solving and team building. Manage Worker's Compensation.
