Ensures that each resident receives the necessary nursing, medical, and psychological services to attain and maintain the highest possible mental and physical functional status. Personally present the annual abuse/resident rights in-services and conduct all investigations for any reported abuse. Strong advocate of consistently providing exceptional customer service. Remain current with changes in the long term care industry. • Review and interpret monthly financial statements and provide information to the corporate office.
