Established Trivaeo as an Interim Management & Consulting business focused on optimising business and driving technology change. Subsequently developed cloud based ERP called Crossroads Business Management Platform. Achievements; • Developed Crossroads as a Cloud Based business management platform and launched commercial proposition • Developed Cloud Based FX trading platform with full external commercial launch planned for 09/15 • Secured investment, on-boarded management team, and expanded business to 5 international centers • Spearheaded development of global distribution network, established channel partners/ reseller programme. • Created captive offshore centre and leveraged capability to develop cloud based Business Management Platform (ERP) containing 50 SaaS based business applications.
