Daily Duties at Tj Maxx:
Initial responsibilities included overseeing 60% of $20 Million store's merchandising and sales. Managed up to 30 associates in merchandising, sales, team leadership, coaching and mentoring. Assumed additional responsibilities in customer service, scheduling and customer service.
