• Supervised the procurement and negotiations of raw materials with current vendor base. • Reviewed and granted approval of the purchase of goods and services. • Reviewed stock levels against jobs in progress and the upcoming forecast. Communicated with vendors of upcoming needs of material. • Analyzed Accounts Payable, brought them current which enable me to renegotiate a new pricing structure with the key vendors which save the company 15 to 35 % overall. • Implemented a receiving log that was emailed daily to alert all departments of material that had been received and which job it was for. • Kept owners informed of Accounts Payable status and inventory levels. • Provided internal quarterly audits of Vendors and Accounts Payable. • Monitored all departments spending habits for consumables items. • Review, Process and Paid all invoices.
