Daily Duties at Serco Na:
Supervise one, and sometimes multiple 20 person teams of Eligibility Support Workers Maintain accounting for daily production Address Human Resource issues to conclusion Accept collateral assignments as per Deputy Site Manager Ensures completion of administrative reporting, i.e.; timecards, daily Excel docs, and disciplinary documentation Assists with writing manuals and other documentation. Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility Reviews subordinate’s performance
