TEMPORARY POSITION WHILE COMPANY RN WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE. Identified and filled the SNF TCU beds with qualifying patients. Marketed with area hospitals and physicians to identify prospective patients, evaluated the patients via chart review within the hospital setting and recommended TCU placement when appropriate.
