Daily Duties at Verizon Telecommunication, Inc:
Effective collaboration on a Team of 9- Special Representatives and 1- Implementation Specialist. Enhanced company value by providing stellar support, training, performance reviews, AMTS and observation, Consistently met quotas for both the department and the Team individuals, maintaining all levels of Attendance. Provided excellent support training for the Special Reps. Smoothed operational flow by assuring that all orders & escalations flow were completed. Proficiently utilized many key systems: WFAC, WFADO, SOP, ICRIS, NTAG, ETRAK, REQUESTNET, ONESOURCE, DMS, STORC and several others. Acquired & maintained long term relationships to successfully provide clients with the necessary support. Meticulously reviewed case contracts for accuracy, assuring that each Customer is getting what they expect via the order being issued. Naturally talented at Team management, supervised a Team of 15 COT’s (Central Office Technicians). Provisioned T1, T3, DS0’s, FLEXGROW and SONET. Proficiently utilized many keys systems: WFAC, WFADO, SOP, ICRIS, NTAG, ETRAK, REQUESTNET, ONESOURCE, DMS, STORC and several others. Increased productivity by providing exceptional support training for the COT’s (Central Office Technicians) and closely collaborating on all aspects of administration and Team management. Thoroughly compiled AMTS and all administration documentations.
