Daily Duties at American Beverage Marketers :

• Represent American Beverage Marketers (ABM), the U.S.’ #1 manufacturer of non-alcoholic cocktail mixes, in several international markets throughout the world. End customers included many leading hotels, restaurants, bars and retailers. • Devise and implement company strategy to grow business o Sales and Marketing plans o New and incremental business o Resources needed to pursue objectives • Select, start up, and then maintain relationships with importers, distributors and brokers. • Manage Customers o Mutually devise, assist and execute sales and marketing plans for each customer. o Educate customer staff on category, company and products. Help them realize opportunities and overcome obstacles and objections. o Work with management and sales staff on sales calls, presentations and demonstrations to key accounts in each of their respective markets. • Educate distributors, end customers and alliance companies on category, company and products. o Conducted several hundred presentations in over 50 different countries, ranging from groups of key industry leaders, importer and distributor management and sales teams, to important individual accounts. o Exhibited in dozens of trade shows, on 5 different continents. • Develop and Manage Salesforce: o Hire, train and manage Company salespeople o Set up and monitor sales plans, reporting procedures and bonus structure • Network extensively with other ‘alliance’ companies, associations and organizations throughout the industry
