Daily Duties at Next Gen Healthcare Information Systems:
• Implementing and training of EMR • Follow-up with client on any problems that arise • Training of special modules in addition to training of EMR • With my tenure with NextGen, established and met deadlines for deployment schedules; established goals for the practice making sure these goals were met • Trained all aspects of NextGen including template and document building • Developed EMR User Training Manual • Advised client of work flow and any changes necessary to implement successful EMR • Testing of upgrades and conversions when completed
