Daily Duties at Mts Healthcare:
Advising various clients assigned regarding upgrading to 5.8 and 8.3; training and implementing NextGen EHR clients (all specialties) • Providing educational online series • Performing workflow analyses for all specialties • Training Support employees on the upgrades – 5.8 UD1/ 8.3.10 • Supporting upgrades for all specialties • Providing upgrade training materials; including workbooks as well as “cheat-sheets” for all areas of EHR • Training and implementing any new clients on NextGen and advising workflow • Testing Upgrades Upon Completion • Training and supporting all specialties • Initiate initial implementation meeting and followed through on any concerns • Followed the client(s) from beginning of project until completion of project including hosting weekly calls • Scheduled trainings with the client • Developed EHR User Training Manual based on client’s specific requests • Build system/practice templates based on client’s needs and requirements • Edit picklists on templates • Perform one-on-one training as well as large groups in the classroom setting; also trained via webex • Assisted the Project Manager and client in setting deployment schedules and goals for the practice and followed-up that the goals were being reached
