Daily Duties at Baylor Healthcare Systems:
Baylor Healthcare Systems Enterprise Radiology RIS / PACs / VR, design and development team • Support current Enterprise install base, resolving issues as needed. Quickly and effectively solve our customer challenges. • Provide onsite support during Simulation events and Go Lives. • Provide training to Radiologist, Super Users and General Users. • Review request for new and update current access request. • Review current processes for updates and evaluate request for changes. • Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking • New ways to improve customer service. • Review Software upgrades and assist in creating training material
