Daily Duties at Dynegy/Ls Power Inc.:
Started with Dynegy as Construction Manager and promoted to Project Director in managing the overall EPC with four owners of the 900MW Greenfield Fossil Supercritical Power Plant. Responsible for overall execution including commercial issues, project schedule, construction and project management oversight compliance of contractors and budget management of $2.4B U.S. with a staffing level of over 1600 contract employees. Dynegy ownership of the project was later acquired by LS Power. Managed the transition of Dynegy ownership to LS Power. After transition, remained to manage the outstanding issues and challenges of the Project to Start-Up Phase.
