Provide legal research and support for principals, maintain and manage own case load, handle start to finish personal injury and workers compensation litigation, first chair litigation case load, second chair in litigation handled by firm partners, representation of building and trades unions in Houston before NLRB and federal court, represent claimants before Social Security Administration ALJs.
