Daily Duties at Kronos:
Provided Professional Services and Account Management for Kronos customers including implementation and delivery of their Time and Attendance system. Acted as a liaison between customer’s project management team and our field service organization. Defined, scheduled and managed customer’s Time and Attendance system implementations. Ensure all contractual requirements were met, and sold add-on services to enhance customer operations. Managed over 35 customers in multiple industries, including Toyota, Kaiser, Black & Decker, and Kwikset.
