Daily Duties at Benefitmall:

I act as an advocate on behalf of the various companies that partner with Benefitmall through an outside broker. I make sure that all employees are enrolled with coverage as well as resolving any discrepancies. I ensure that all health care policies and procedures are adhered to. I work directly with various brokers, insurance carriers and their respective clients. I address these issue in many ways, via the website, walk in clients, via phone as well as fax correspondence.
