Hired by USSearch to increase monetization in preparation for acquisition within a year. Post acquisition, co-managed US Search jointly with CTO overseeing product, operations, marketing, BI and UX. Extended services to manage storefront product, consumer experience and create services for the parent company. Managed a cross functional team of 20 professionals in product, marketing, UX-UI, creative, analytics and engineering driving revenue for multi-million dollar people search e-commerce sites.
