Daily Duties at T.D. Williamson, Inc.:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and modifying O&G Service and Products contracts; Review, draft, and adapt contracts to comply with the company's contract policy; Contracts and Cases Analysis based of FCPA provisions; Negotiation of contracts with the company's customers for services and products; Risk assessment review and compliance; Review and negotiate Terms and Conditions for services and products; Legal Research and Analysis of legislation for each of the countries in Latin America; Draft of Lease agreements; Modifications to Master Service Agreements; Corporate Governance review and update; Human Resource support; Presentation of Compliance workshop for Latin America meeting.
