Daily Duties at Pratt & Whitney:

2006-2007 C-17A –F117 Military Customer Support Engineer, Pratt & Whitney—East Hartford CT. Collected and analyzed data on F117 field problems, provided responses to customer technical questions, authored technical data changes, resolved field issues and investigated mishap engine components. Drove engineering changes to improve product reliability. Prepared and briefed product working group presentations quarterly for Boeing, the USAF and International customer.
