• Administration of the local server and network environment: management, maintenance, backups, security, user training, etc. • End user help-desk support & troubleshooting for ~50 employees. • New employee setup & training for all required systems (computer hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity, telephone, e-mail, access rights, etc.)
