Daily Duties at Safeway, Inc:
Responsible for developing and executing activities related to end‐to‐end program/project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively managed work across different workforces as needed, monitored and reported on execution of deliverables through all program/project phases; responsible for ensuring overall quality of projects, and acted as escalation point of contact. Directed cross-functional teams of 6 – 50 employees and project budgets up to $7M.
