Daily Duties at Milwaukee Machine Works:

Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing engineering related to customer’s products machined. Supervising 3 manufacturing engineers on a daily basis. Work with our customer’s product engineers to develop machining and manufacturing processes in order to manufacture to desired specifications. Provide our sales department with time studies and tooling costs in order to generate profitable quotes for machining a customer’s product. Determine proper manufacturing processes with the assistance of my manufacturing engineers in order to produce machined parts to correct quality requirements and in the time quoted. Assist in the justification of new equipment, procure, and facilitate installation of over 4 million dollars’ worth of equipment. Worked directly with a handful of new customers to bring new machining work into MMW.
