Daily Duties at Dha Group, Inc.:
Provide program management assistance to the United States Marshall Service (USMS) Prisoner Operations Division (POD) Detention Services Network (DSNET) System. ITIL and CMMI principles used to manage IT related projects. • Designed and deployed an Agile process most closely related to Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) to streamline project development and deployment. Increased efficiency resulted in 30% cost savings on $7M budget. • Implemented Service Desk Solution (SDS) built on the SalesForce® cloud computing platform and tracked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Achieved 55% improvement in customer satisfaction. • Identified schedule and, cost overruns and implemented standardized development processes and procedures. • Developed SharePoint application to improve cradle-to-grave management of Sprints/Projects. • Lead Change Management initiative, chairing both Change Control (CCB) and Technical Review (TRB) Boards.
