Daily Duties at Curves For Women :

Managed and directed gym for women at two locations with 400 members. Hired and trained employees in the areas of fitness technician, body measurements, servicing members, guest production, membership sales and marketing. Sales: evaluate the needs and goals of guests, and create an atmosphere of excitement and commitment. Marketing: Obtain referrals from members, call referrals, place leads in local businesses, book appointments from leads. Participate in Health fairs and conferences
