Daily Duties at Kidd International, Inc.:
Provide leadership in developing and executing human resource strategy nationwide in support of the overall business plan and company strategy. Set recruiting strategies. Develop, and manage the performance and retention of employees. Develop compensation and benefits programs. Institute process improvements (including technology) and best practices from all areas of the operation including but not limited to benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, employee policies (reducing employer practice liabilities), employee development, proposal writing, to invoicing. Analyze proposals to determine staffing needs and contacts to determine value-added or billing opportunities. Plan, select, and implement HRIS-Payroll system allowing for online employee self-serve and on-boarding.
