Assisted consultants in several scientific studies where I coordinator the study and made all necessary follow ups Coordinated access to free HIV/AIDS testing, treatment and education for over 100 people in collaboration with a team of Primary Care Physicians Supervised several rural outreaches on importance of malaria and HIV prevention with available treatment Trained community health workers in research related procedures including consenting and CRF .completion Developed a system of internal communication that ensured proper implementation of treatment plans and comprehensive patient care. Producing regular reports for senior management and specialists in different areas.
