Daily Duties at Crockett International:
Activities included customers’ project development, video security & surveillance system design, infrastructure planning and phasing, system BOM proposals and submissions, applications and architecture training, systems implementation, programming and operations training. Maintained mutually profitable relationships with customers’ Level C, Executive and Sales personnel to develop and execute corporate growth plans targeting over 800 international distributors, dealers and systems integration companies throughout Latin America and Asia Pacific serving. Grew annual sales to over $195 million for the manufacturers’ lines we represented. Involved regularly with enhancing and maintaining company’s internal IT infrastructure eliminating the need for outsourcing IT services.
