Daily Duties at Metropolitan Opera House:
Responsible for support of all network components and operations. Troubleshooting and analyzing server operations and functionality. Manage and maintain client’s blackberry devices as well as implementation of new blackberry enterprise server. Assist with Active Directory implementation. Upgrade network infrastructure using Cisco System switches, routers and hubs. Document all network components and configurations. Perform data backup and restores as required. Maintain antivirus configurations, updates and system protection. Support and maintain Citrix metaframe servers for remote client connectivity. Provision of third-level client help desk support.
