Handled all legal compliance including licensing, marketing practices and employment requirements Managed the cash flow of the business and developed sales reports/sales forecasts/cash flow statements and P&L statements Developed marketing plans Created sales training programs including sales presentation scripts and rebuttals Worked daily with my partner who ran the day-to-day operations Developed operating manuals for each department Led weekly sales and motivational meetings Closed due to effects of the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”) on core product and business model
