Daily Duties at Baker Hughes:

• Provided OCM support for multiple complex, high level projects simultaneously • Developed and implemented the organizational change management plan by applying a structured methodology based on the scope of changes involved in the project, and groups being impacted by the changes • Engaged leadership including CEO, CFO, VP and all other leadership members in reference to project progress and changes • Developed and delivered change management workshops to build awareness on projects as well as provide guidance for managing the change within teams • Performed stakeholder analysis in order to determine and gain agreement for the project’s business problem, goals, success factors, planning assumptions, dependencies and constraints, and high-level risks • Established and managed OCM project expectations of all project stakeholders including sponsor, steering team, customers, users, and project team • Identified and developed a plan to mitigate all project resistance • Supported adoption on corporate projects related to technology, process and organizational structure • Provides regular status reporting to senior management and other stakeholders on project health, progress, issues, risks and change request • Coordinated all OCM activities with project team including SME’s, Training, UAT and OCM • Developed work breakdown structures and coordinated the timelines for deliverables/milestone to the project team
