Daily Duties at Aspen Dental:

Responsible for daily-non clinical operations of the assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business related functions. Provide superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations and dental board standards. Musty have 2-5 years sales management experience, excellent verbal and written communication, competitive spirit with strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, maximize opportunities, solve common problems and provide immediate solutions, build relationships. Educate patients with clear and concise treatment plan presentations, committing patients to begin treatment, maximize case acceptance to meet sales goals, provide support and service to patients to enhance their experience, motivate staff for optimal practice performance.
