As an Associate Attorney, I developed experience on Civil Rights, Labor, Employment, Contract, Torts, and and replevin hearings. Also, among my many other duties were taking depositions (100+), attending hearings on behalf of our clients, conduct legal research, prepare witnesses, and cases for trial, and drafting legal related documents before the First Instance Court of Puerto Rico and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. I’ve also prepared briefs before the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
