• Directed all activities associated with US business development for Advanced Technology Development and Navy, lines of business across multiple technology/business units. • Sonar, radar, air and sea platforms, C4ISR sensors, naval architecture, human factors/physiology, persistent surveillance, remote systems capabilities, weapons, advanced portable power, waste-to-energy, and wind energy. • Strategic planning, BD planning and implementation, market penetration, opportunity identification and development, capture, customer relationship management, and oversight of program execution and deliverables. • Significant market engagement and key captures. Interactions with DoD, USN, USAF, DARPA, ONR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, USCG, AFRL, ARL, NVESD, SOCOM, DHS, JIEDO, MDA, DoD Primes, 2nd Tier and Niche companies, and Universities. •
