Held 8 positions over the 25+ years with the last being Operations Manager for over 10 and a half years. Budget planning, implementation, execution and P&L review for Ontario Distribution Center, 45 company stores and RDC in San Diego. Daily operations of servicing over 140 Independent and company-owned retail stores with combined sales over $172,000,000. Provided leadership to 105 employees. Constant improvement in KPI's and quality was handled through process review using Lean concepts while being safe, clean and organized. Partnered with sales department and company owned store group to ensure superior customer service and to maintain proper inventory levels. Facilities maintenance for 195,000 square foot building with 70,000 SKUs and $14,000,000 in inventory. Trained, coached and mentored Executive Management Trainees to ensure smooth adoption into the company. Led committees for Safety, Loss Prevention and Employee Involvement.
