Analyzed proposed contractual relationships for legal compliance with Stark Laws, Anti-kickback Statute, HIPAA, and federal and state regulations. Examined financial terms of contracts, leases, and physician transactions. Advised senior management of FMV compliance parameters as part of negotiating process. Oversaw contract implementation and performance to ensure compliance with negotiated terms. Analyzed proposed contractual arrangements involving bond-financed space and equipment for private-use implications. Supervised percentage-of-private-use activity as entity may legally involve in-bond financed space and equipment.
