Negotiated directly with Sales customers and their counsel. •Monitored and advised on changes in regulations, and their effect on current drugs and medical devices of corporation. •Monitored contract implementation and performance to ensure compliance with negotiated terms. •Created and maintained centralized repository for corporation’s contracts. •Developed contract review process.
