I worked as a proposal manager, senior writer on proposals, and technical writer on Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents for the Training and Doctrine – Intelligence Systems Command. In addition, I’ve had 11 years of experience writing JCIDS documents, test plans and test reports while in the following roles: task lead/test engineer on the National Security Agency’s Operational Testing task at the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC); task lead of a Capabilities Development Project for the Joint Forces Command (through JITC); Developmental Test Engineer on the Defense Messaging System; team member of an Information Assurance effort at JITC; and technical writer on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles task. While working in Massachusetts from 1996-2000, I was task lead on a Y2K compliance contract for the United States Postal Service and Task Lead for a Defense Finance and Accounting Training Project (developed training programs, curriculum and training manuals).
