Daily Duties at Booz Allen Hamilton:

I began as the Service Area Lead (SAL) for a software development/testing activity and developed a Transition Management Plan (TMP) for that effort. Under the same contract, I transferred to the BAH Program Management Office and developed the contract’s TMP and began working as a documentation specialist for the IFSD client. For the last eight months of that contract, I assumed the SAL position of the Technical Writing Group (TWG) working onsite for the client. The group consisted of three technical writers. The TWG developed over 95 process and policy documents, task instructions, policy memos and templates for the Process Improvement Group of the IFSD
